What we treat

The injuries that keep players off the court

01

ACL

Cleared isn't ready. We get you strong and explosive enough to cut, land and jump again.

More details

Most players we see have already been cleared but still feel weak or hesitant. We test both legs, find the gaps and close them before you go back to full games.

02

Meniscus

Get back to cutting, landing and jumping without your knee holding you back.

More details

We test your strength, power and how you land and cut, compare one leg to the other, and build your plan from those numbers.

03

Ankle sprains

Rest makes the pain go away. It doesn't bring back your quickness.

More details

Most players rest an ankle sprain and go straight back to playing. The swelling goes down, but the strength, power and quickness in that leg don't come back on their own. We rebuild them and test them before you're back in games.

04

Foot injuries

Get back to pushing off, jumping and landing with confidence.

More details

Same approach: find what's limiting you, rebuild it, and prove it with testing before you return to full play.

What the court demands

We train what basketball actually tests

Quickness

First step and reaction.

Power

Explosive drives and finishes.

Change of direction

Cutting and defending without hesitation.

Rebound jumping

Getting off the floor again and again, fast.

Return to play

Criteria-based, not timeline-based

We always assess and never guess. You go back when your testing shows your injured side is within 90% of your other side for strength, power, change of direction and movement quality. Not when the calendar says so.

Questions

Common questions

I sprained my ankle. Should I just rest it?

Rest lets the pain settle, but it doesn't bring back your strength, power and quickness. Get it evaluated so you know what's missing before you go back to full games.

When can I play again after an ACL injury?

It's criteria-based, not timeline-based. You go back when your strength, power, change of direction, how fast you produce force and movement quality all test within 90% of your other side. Not when a certain number of months has passed.

Do you work with high school players?

Yes. We work with basketball players from youth and high school through college and pro.

Ready to get back on the court?

Start with an evaluation. We'll show you what's missing and the plan to get it back.
